Specifications displayed on the website are indicative unless expressly incorporated into an agreed quotation, specification, order confirmation or contract.
Where there is any inconsistency between general information displayed on this website and an agreed written product specification or order confirmation, the agreed contractual documentation will take precedence.
5. Colours and natural variations
We make reasonable efforts to represent products accurately. However, colours displayed on screens may vary from the physical product because of photography, lighting, digital presentation and individual device settings.
Textile products may also be subject to normal manufacturing and material variations between production batches.
Any applicable commercial tolerances for dimensions, weight, shade, construction or other characteristics should be specified in the relevant quotation, specification or contract rather than assumed from website imagery.
6. Samples and bespoke products
Samples may be provided to allow customers to assess relevant product characteristics before bulk production or ordering.
For bespoke products, the approved physical sample and agreed written product specification, rather than general website imagery, will form the reference for production, subject to any agreed manufacturing tolerances.
Sample approval does not override any separate written terms agreed between EcoNova and the customer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices displayed or referred to on this website are indicative only.
A commercial relationship will be governed by the relevant quotation, order confirmation, product specification and EcoNova's applicable Terms & Conditions of Sale.
Submission of an enquiry, request for quotation or sample request through this website does not itself create a contract between you and EcoNova.
8. Manufacturing and supply partners
EcoNova works with established textile manufacturing and supply-chain partners to source and supply products to customers.
Where products are manufactured by a third-party manufacturing partner, EcoNova does not claim to have manufactured those products itself.
References on this website to manufacturing facilities, production capabilities, certifications or sustainability credentials will, where appropriate, identify or relate to the relevant manufacturing partner.
This is an important clause for EcoNova because it allows you to promote the capabilities available through ILP without incorrectly suggesting that the Pakistani factory is owned or operated by EcoNova.
9. Certifications and sustainability information
Any certification, audit, sustainability or manufacturing credential displayed on this website relates to the organisation, facility, product or process identified in the relevant material.
A certification applicable to a particular manufacturing facility or manufacturing partner should not be interpreted as automatically applying to every product offered by EcoNova.
